The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, while police and the crime scene unit carried out an inspection. Officials said preliminary information suggested the incident may have occurred at night in a collision with a heavy vehicle. As the victim could not be identified due to lack of fingerprint records, the body was later moved to the Edhi morgue after post-mortem.
Meanwhile, on Mehran Highway near a rice warehouse, a truck carrying logs overturned disrupting traffic. Traffic police said the accident occurred due to potholes on the road. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was later removed to restore traffic flow.Latest News, Breaking News & Top News Stories | The Express TribuneSajid RaufRead More
