Police have foiled an attempt to smuggle a large quantity of narcotics from Balochistan into Punjab, arresting two suspects and seizing 43 kilogrammes of drugs in two separate operations carried out as part of an ongoing crackdown against drug traffickers.
The operations, conducted by Sakhi Sarwar police on the directions of Dera Ghazi Khan District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sadiq Baloch, resulted in the recovery of 3kg of crystal meth (ice) and 40kg of hashish.
Separate cases have been registered against both suspects, while investigations are underway to trace the wider drug trafficking network, facilitators and other individuals involved.Latest News, Breaking News & Top News Stories | The Express TribuneOur CorrespondentRead More
